1. Purchase any aFe Stage 2 air intake system during the program period and
receive a $25 rebate. This program runs from 3-1-10 through 5-31-10. All
orders must take place within this program time period to qualify for the rebate. All rebate forms must be received by 6-30-10.
2. Fill out this form completely with a copy of your purchase receipt. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
